Pascale Trager-Lewis a été formée en France et aux Etats-Unis et est inscrite aux barreaux de Paris et New York. Elle est diplômée de l'Université de Paris X Nanterre (Maîtrise de Carrières Judiciaires, et DESS de Droit du Commerce International) et de l’Université de New-York (USA) (Master of Comparative Jurisprudence MCJ). Avant de décider de s’établir de façon indépendante, avec le soutien d’avocats talentueux et expérimentés (dont certains avec qui elle travaille déjà depuis 10 ou 15 ans), Pascale a été l’une des deux fondatrices de TLD Legal (un cabinet français indépendant, créé en septembre 2007 et volontairement dissous en mars 2014), après avoir été associée (entre 2000 et 2007) des départements contentieux et corporate d’un autre cabinet français indépendant, le cabinet Kahn & Associés, qu’elle avait rejoint après avoir exercé et été formée pendant plusieurs années au sein du cabinet américain Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, à New-York et Paris, à la fois en droit des sociétés, droit des affaires et contentieux (judiciaire et arbitrage).
Pascale Trager-Lewis est spécialisée en droit des affaires, droit des sociétés et résolution de conflits (contentieux judiciaire et arbitrage). Elle fait partie de la liste d’arbitres suggérés sur le site de l’Association Française Cotonnière (AFCOT). Pascale Trager-Lewis has a dual education and is a member of the Paris Bar and the New York Bar. She received her law degrees from University of Nanterre-Paris X, France (a Maîtrise in Judicial Careers, and a post-graduate degree, DESS -Diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures Spécialisées- in International Trade) and from New York University, USA (Master of Comparative Jurisprudence, MCJ). Before deciding to continue her practice independently, with the support of highly talented and reliable lawyers (including lawyers she has worked with over the past 10 to 15 years), Pascale was one of the two founding partners of TLD Legal (a French independent law firm founded in September 2007 and separated in March 2014) after having been a corporate and litigation partner with the French law firm Kahn & Associés (between 2000 and 2007). Upon graduating from New York University, Pascale was trained for several years in the Paris and New York offices of the law firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, in their Corporate Law, Business Law and Litigation Departments.
